How fast do go karts go?

Prepare for a white-knuckle ride! Our Sodi indoor go karts have 270cc LPG powered Honda engines and can reach speeds of up to 45 mph, giving you an adrenaline rush that will leave you grinning from ear to ear. Note to parents: our kids go karts have 120cc to 160cc engines, so won’t go as fast.

How old do you have to be for go karting?

At Absolutely Karting, we welcome racers of all ages. Junior karting is available for children aged eight and above, ensuring a fun and safe experience for our younger drivers. The minimum age for an adult go kart is 14 years old, so it’s the perfect activity for family outings, birthday parties, or team-building events.
