Just come back home after a Hen do in Bath. We wanted to do Go Karting as our activity so booked Absolutely Go Karting Bristol. We only have to drive 45 mins to get there and was easy to find. The staff were very prompt and had everything ready for us. We found it quite expensive to have to pay for the safety balaclava and gloves on top of the session. The circuit and go karts were amazing and so much fun! We would like to feedback that they should have explained how the race works. No one told us that the first race was for the qualifying positions most thought it was just a practice around the track and missed out on placing for the next race. Better communication was needed. The activity was so much fun though and would recommend it for a hen activity!! Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish, Very helpful staff on the telephone to booking, Unfortunately through no fault of the Karting Company our Party had to be cancelled but was offered to still go the same evening as planned to do the VR experience and still have the karting party the following evening, Clare the manager was amazing and so kind and helpful, she made my sons party special 🥳 would highly recommend A*********
